Contemporary art, art-X, design and music
Opera, ballet, modern dance, contemporary music, rock on radio, art museums and art galleries. Often seasonal tickets. I prefer tickets that are sold on a website, and that are downloaded to the mobile phone/computer.
Art can be an interior design detail or an art collection or both or art-X. Interior design details interest interior designers but not necessarily those with an affection for art.
I will not support or invest in art financed by taxes or church.
Art that is paid for has been commissioned by someone and the rest is non-paid hobby art.
I will stay out of food art and body art, but I will stick to my own hobby art for my home and my computers.
I don't see art as a money investment or a money pit.
At the beginning of the 1900's, many in the art world ended up in mental hospitals. Today they end up elsewhere in huge numbers - art-X in France, Sweden, the EU, Asia and America. Only a lucky few remain in an art career. I'm not interested in what they're delivering today, and I have no interest in joining them - I have no interest in what they're doing - it's not in my genes. Next century they end up somewhere else. Those with an interest and a talent for art can find an other career option if they are interested. Art-X is not necessarily an investment in money, today's people are interested in other types of investments.
I like art and not what they deliver as a second career option. They have visually improved another area but that's all and I want something else, they deliver to those who are not interested in what interests me in the area.
If you can read the market, you'll see who's investing in art-X and who's looking with all available means for people who can fit in art-X. This is something that happens over and over again with some years in between. As always there are more money and more investors than there are people available, people cannot be forced into art-X. Art-X requires an interest in art and an interest for the art-X area. Invest some of the money elsewhere and invest in art-X only of you have the people.
If you don't have your own money and you want to stay in art, you have to accept the options available. Art is a very good alternative when you don't have to care about money and art will be on your terms.

I shop fashion and home decoration magazines, good stories and novels based on fiction.
I also shop technical literature in my professional fields and specialist literature for my interests.
Movie
A good movie now and then on digital TV, in cinema or rented and downloaded on a computer.
Swedish digital TV on a computer and on demand. I will not schedule my day based on TV shows.

Art and culture are my hobbies.
Colors that always have been there are the green ones. Swedish trees and fruit trees bring all other colors imaginable. Trees have a connection to gardening, art, the color black and health.
