My Personal Spare Time Interests and Activities. My hobbies are paid by me and no-one else.
When I have a job and an income, a part of my sparetime will be spent on travelling.
American English
I have decided to keep two languages alive: Swedish and American English.
I want to keep my American English updated as much as possible.
I won't need any perfection in American English, not even as a SW developer. Good enough, will do. I have no need to pass as an American anywhere.
Traveling abroad and in Sweden
I go for city trips by the water, seashores in major cities.
I will not be going abroad in the late spring or in summer months.
I stay in hotels and eat in restaurants.
I will not set my foot in any vacation resorts or in any low-cost countries. They are interested and in need of completely different things that I'm interested in and in need of.
My future retirement will not be about traveling the world. I want to continue working and not retire.
I prefer tickets that are sold on a website, and that are downloaded to the cell phone/computer.
I liked the check-in messages that popped up on my cell phone for flights. I also like the availability to check in on a computer/cell phone.

Public transports
I use subway, buses, trains, trams, shuttle boats.
In Stockholm replanning and reprioritizing is required during the summer period. You have to find other routes, other ways to travel and have patience.

Different new cars each time with recent technology.

Travel
Traveling is a hobby, and I travel solo.
The largest number of people traveling solo are British men and women, and Danish women wherever you go. There must be a historical explanation for female solo travelers, but I haven't found one yet. In these countries, there have always been opportunities to board a ship for as long as they have existed and go anywhere, it's not the only reason why some travel solo to a greater extent.
